Ordering and Shipping Questions

How secure is shopping online with ZoloWear?
  • Very! We use a 128-bit encrypted secure connection for your shopping cart, your account, and processing your order
  • No credit card information is stored on our web site or in our databases
What forms of payment do you accept?
  • American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover
  • Personal checks, Money Orders, and Cashier's Checks
How will my order be shipped?
  • We use United States Postal Service, FedEx Ground, and FedEx Express for domestic shipments.
  • When shipping international, we use USPS Global Priority Mail (no tracking number) or USPS Global Express Mail (with a tracking number). Choose the service you prefer when you check out.
  • For international shipments, the USPS will only ship to your country's mail service. At that point, your items mail go directly to you, or they may be held up in customs or through delays in your country's mail system.
  • For international shipments, we will include a customs form with an accurate description of the included items and their values. Please don't ask us to mark your items as gifts or anything else, since this is asking us to break the law. We simply won't do it.
  • If you prefer another carrier, please contact us to make arrangements.
  • We ship items out Monday - Thursday.
Can I get my delivery confirmation number or tracking number?
  • All delivery confirmation numbers will be posted to the My Account section as soon as we have them. Just log on using your e-mail address and password.
What about international shipments?
  • We use United States Postal Service for international shipments.
  • If you prefer another carrier, please contact us to make arrangements.
  • Customs and duties are taxes charged by your country. ZoloWear has no control over whether or how much customs you will be charged.
What is the return policy?
  • Buy with confidence! If you are not completely satisfied with any item you buy from us, you may exchange or return it within 30 days of shipping date. The package sent back must be postmarked within the 30 day period. If returned after the 30 day period, only ZoloWear credit will be issued.
  • Returns and exchanges must be like new for a full refund. Returns must include wearing instructions and DVD. Slings returned without a DVD will be refunded minus $10 for the DVD. If you returning your order and you received "Free Shipping" on it, $5 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of original shipping to you.
  • Additional shipping charges apply to exchanged items.
  • You do not need to contact us before making an exchange, unless you are exchanging for a limited edition item that might sell out.
  • In the case of a ZoloWear error, please contact us so that we can send you a replacement item and a postage paid envelope.
  • If you are pregnant, please let us know your due date when you make your purchase, and you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of your baby's birth date. Slings must be like new for a full refund.
  • To exchange or return your item(s), fill out and mail this completed form and your item(s) to:

  • You may wish to purchase insurance on your package, as ZoloWear cannot be responsible for packages lost in the mail.
