Darien Wilson, President and Founder - Darien Wilson, babywearing
guru, is mother to ZoloWear muse Zoe Love and sling model Clark Holt. Clark was
born at home on February 15, 2004. Darien’s passion is supporting parents through
the challenging and exciting days of early parenthood. She volunteers her time as
a board member and Leader for NINO (Nine In, Nine Out), teaching parents how to
wear their babies comfortably and safely. Darien and Joe met in 1990 at Southwestern
University in Georgetown, Texas, where she earned a B.F.A in theatre. She studied
costume design under Jamelle Flowers, who gave her the confidence to cut expensive
fabric. Darien wasn’t born in Austin, Texas, but she got there as fast as she could.

Joe Wilson, Vice-President and Founder - Joe started ZoloWear with
his wife, Darien, and works part time for the company. He created and maintains
the company's public and internal web sites, manages all online advertising, handles
all the technical and IT-related work, oversees the company's bookkeeping, and handles
all state and federal government reporting for ZoloWear. He does this work in the
evenings and weekends, since he has a full time job in the computer programming
field.
Joe graduated Cum Laude with a BA from Southwestern University in Georgetown in
1991. He and his wife Darien have two children, Zoe and Clark. In his day job, Joe
is Vice President of a computer consulting company, Cobb Information Systems, Inc.
When he can find free time, he follows UT basketball.

Michelle Miller, Sales Manager - Michelle is one of ZoloWear’s
first loyal customers. Her oldest daughter, Violet (born in November 2000), rode
in ZoloWear slings for 3½ years. Her youngest, Gretchen (born in March 2004), proved
to be a big fan as well, and still rides in one whenever she can. Michelle was also
ZoloWear’s first wholesale sales representative. She brings years of sales, marketing,
and event planning experience to ZoloWear. She now hires and manages the ZoloWear
sales team throughout the U.S., Canada and Europe. Michelle holds a B.A. in German
and has a love for foreign languages. She loves to travel and reads obsessively.

Shelly Reese, Customer Service - Shelly was ZoloWear’s first employee,
starting in April 2004. She is mother to two boys, the youngest of whom loved to
ride in a ZoloWear sling, which he called "the baby-sitter". In addition to handling
ZoloWear’s customer service and books, Shelly is a professional photographer. She
also does casting and locations. Her website is http://shellyreese.com. Most of the photos on ZoloWear.com
were taken by Shelly. Shelly holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Texas
at Austin.

Dana Coster, Production - Dana started working as the production
manager at ZoloWear in August 2006. She was nanny to the Wilson children during
the summer of 2006. She is a third year psychology major at the University of Texas
and is also a member of the UT Equestrian Club.
